Terms of Service

1. Description of Services

RigeSys Sustainable Technologies LLP provides AI software development, interactive business websites, technical presentation design, digital engineering solutions, AI document solutions (including SmartDocs), and technology consulting services, along with related informational content published on the Site. Features, availability, and pricing of individual products may change, and some products described on the Site may be under active development and not yet generally available.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rigesys.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any RigeSys Sustainable Technologies LLP software, except where permitted by law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, related systems, or networks;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our prior written consent;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Services to impersonate any person or entity;
• Use output from any RigeSys Sustainable Technologies LLP AI feature to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access for any use that violates this section.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site, our products, and all related content, features, and functionality — including software, text, graphics, logos, and the RigeSys name and marks — are owned by RigeSys Sustainable Technologies LLP or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

5. Your Content

"Your Content" means any files, documents, or other material you submit to or process through the Services (for example, a document uploaded to SmartDocs). You retain all ownership rights to Your Content. You grant RigeSys Sustainable Technologies LLP a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Services to you. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit it.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily provide about the Services may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

6. SmartDocs and Document Processing

This section applies specifically to your use of SmartDocs and any other RigeSys Sustainable Technologies LLP document-processing product.

• Ownership and permission. You must own the documents you upload or process through SmartDocs, or have all necessary rights and permissions to process them. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload, process, and use any document through the Services.
• Verify AI-generated or transformed output. SmartDocs and related features may compress, convert, extract, or otherwise transform your documents, including through AI-assisted processing. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated or transformed output before relying on it, distributing it, or using it for any important, legal, financial, or professional purpose.
• Not professional advice. SmartDocs is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Nothing produced, processed, or output by SmartDocs should be treated as such advice, and you should consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your situation.
• Your compliance obligations. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, data protection, and copyright laws in connection with any document you upload, process, or share through the Services, including obtaining any necessary consents from third parties whose personal information may be contained in those documents.
• No responsibility for ownership or legality of your documents. RigeSys Sustainable Technologies LLP does not verify document ownership and is not responsible for the ownership, legality, or accuracy of any document or other content you upload to or process through the Services, nor for any illegal, unauthorized, or infringing use of that content. Such use is a violation of these Terms and is subject to the indemnification obligations in Section 11.

7. Fees and Payment

Some current or future Services may be offered on a paid, subscription, or project basis. Where applicable, pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase or in a separate order form or statement of work, and will form part of these Terms for that engagement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED OR AI-ASSISTED OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES, AND YOU SHOULD INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY ANY OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT FOR IMPORTANT DECISIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGESYS TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RigeSys Sustainable Technologies LLP and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law — including any illegal or unauthorized use of documents or content you upload or process through the Services, as described in Section 6.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, poses a security or legal risk, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

RigeSys Sustainable Technologies LLP's formal incorporation is in progress, and the governing law and courts with jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms have not yet been finalized. This section will be updated to specify the applicable governing law and jurisdiction once incorporation is complete. In the interim, we will work in good faith to resolve any dispute directly with you before pursuing formal proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order forms or statements of work incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and RigeSys Sustainable Technologies LLP regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
